The aim of this article is to explain how we solved these problems and the shortage of pharmacists at the same time in hopes of providing a reference for the international pharmacy community.

Fever clinics in China have played a very important role in the pandemic, although the pharmacists who ran them experienced a great deal of pressure; there were many problems, such as cross-infections, drug errors caused by burnout, and communication difficulties in the isolated environment.

Therefore, we designed and developed a series of medical information circulars, software, and automated equipment and established a digital pharmacy that is operated by remote pharmacists.

The goal of having patients obtain medicines and resolve medication problems online was also achieved.
