【摘要】目的 探讨口腔正畸科责任制护理模式的实施效果。方法 以本院口腔正畸二科为单位，在2022年12月-2023年8月间，选取80例患者，将其依据随机数字表法均分成两组，对照组患者开展传统的椅位配合护理，遵医嘱开展护理配合操作；观察组则实施责任制护理，组建责任小组，采取患、护、医同组工作模式，责任护士与主管医生对患者共同管理，护士依据所制定的护理程序来开展护理工作。用自制满意度调查表，对两组患者满意度进行调查。结果 观察组患者护理满意度（95.00%）较对照组（72.50%）偏高（P＜0.05）。观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将责任制护理应用于口腔正畸科，能提高患者满意度，为其提供更加优质且人性化的护理服务。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the implementation effect of the responsibility nursing mode in orthodontics department.Method In the Department of orthodontics of our hospital, 80 patients were selected from December 2022 to October 2023, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group carried out traditional chair coordination nursing, and carried out nursing coordination operation according to the doctor's instructions; the patients in the observation group carried out responsibility system nursing, set up a responsibility group, and adopted the working mode of patients, nurses and doctors in charge The students manage the patients together, and the nurses carry out the nursing work according to the established nursing procedures. The self-designed satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the patients' satisfaction in the two groups.Result The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (72.50%) (P < 0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05)。Conclusion The application of responsibility nursing in orthodontics can improve patients' satisfaction and provide them with better and humanized nursing services.
