陆方林，上海市第一人民医院心脏大血管外科主任，医学博士，主任医师，教授，博士生导师。先后担任中国医师协会心血管外科分会委员、上海市心血管外科学会及医师协会委员;上海市瓣膜病介入中心联盟副主席。中国研究型医院学会心脏瓣膜病委员会常委及介入技术委员会副主任委员兼秘书长、中国研究型医院学会母儿心脏病专委会常委。《中国心血管病研究杂志》常务编委，《中国胸心外科临床杂志》编委。从事心胸外科临床及基础研究工作三十余年，在包括瓣膜病、先心病、冠心病及大血管病等各种心血管疾病外科治疗方面积累了丰富的经验。在国内较早开展各种主动脉瓣、二尖瓣介入修复等技术；国内最早开展三尖瓣介入置换技术、作为国内首个经导管三尖瓣置换器械LuX-Valve的发明人，国际上首创“非径向支撑力依赖”新理念用干介入三尖瓣置换装置的研发，在国际上首次提出“三尖瓣反流综合征”概念，用干三尖瓣关闭不全患者的临床分期研究。

Dr. Lu Fanglin is the Director of the department of cardiovascular surgery, Shanghai General Hospital, affiliated of the Medical School of Shanghai JiaoTong University. He has served as a member of the Cardiovascular Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, He also is the Shanghai Cardiovascular Surgery Society and the Medical Doctor Association. He is the vice chairman of Shanghai valvular disease intervention center alliance. He is the standing member of Heart Valvular Disease Committee of China Research Hospital Association, Deputy Director and Secretary General of Interventional Technical Committee, and Standing Committee of Maternal and Fetal Heart Disease Committee of China Research Hospital Association. Standing Editorial Board of China Journal of Cardiovascular Research, and Editorial Board of China Clinical Journal of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He has been engaged in clinical and basic research work of cardiothoracic surgery for more than 30 years, and has accumulated surgical experience in treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Lu has carried out various techniques such as transcatheter intervention of aortic valve and mitral valve in earlier time in China; As the inventor of LuX-Valve, the first transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement device in China, Moreover, he has pioneered the research and development of a new concept of "Radial Force Independence" in the world, and put forward the concept of "Tricuspid Regurgitation Syndrome" for the first time in the world, nowadays, He is focusing the field for research on tricuspid valve disease.
