Zhan Li, Director of Breast Oncoplastic/Head and Neck Surgery Department of Hunan Cancer Hospital & The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of  Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, Director of Oncoplastic Surgery Research Laboratory, Director of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Teaching and Research Laboratory, Second Class Chief Physician, enjoys the special allowance of the State Council and the special allowance of Hunan Provincial Government. He specialises in complex defect repair after various tumour surgeries. He is the chief editor of the monograph "Oncoplastic Surgery Flap - Breast Reconstruction", which has been translated and published by the world's largest publishing group, Springer. He is a member of the editorial board of Chinese Journal of Microsurgery, and a member of the executive editorial board of Journal of Tissue Engineering and Reconstructive Surgery. He was awarded the Second Prize of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress. Currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Tumour Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Medical Promotion Association; Standing Committee Member and Head of the Sub-Committee on Surface Tumour Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Society of Rehabilitation Medicine; Vice Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Tumour Reconstructive Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Association of Plastic Surgery; Standing Committee Member of the Sub-Committee on Tumour Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association; Member of the Sub-Committee on Tumour Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Society of Plastic Surgery; Member of the Sub-Committee on Breast Aesthetics of the Chinese Society of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology; Chairman of the Specialised Committee on Tumour Plastic Surgery of the Hunan Provincial Anti-Cancer Association, and Vice Chairman of the Microsurgery Specialised Committee of the Hunan Provincial Medical Association; and Vice Chairman of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Specialised Committee of the Hunan Provincial Medical Association.
