He is a member of the Microsurgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Microsurgery Branch of Chinese Physicians' Association, a vice-chairman of the Specialised Committee of Microsurgery and Hand Surgery of Hunan Provincial Medical Association, a chairman of the Microsurgery Department of Hengyang City Medical Association, and a member of the editorial board of Chinese Journal of Micrographic Surgery. He has presided over 7 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and published nearly 20 papers in SCI and domestic core journals. He specialises in repair and reconstruction of severe trauma of the extremities, correction of hand and foot deformities, wrist arthroscopy and lymphatic surgery.
