Topic title: 3D printing of biomaterials and cell spheroids to construct bionic tissues
Abstract:
Due to their high cell density and heterogeneity, cell spheroids are considered to be ideal models for studying human development and disease in vitro. However, the application of cell spheroids is still challenging due to core necrosis. Studies have shown that co-culture of cell microspheres with nanofibers can effectively improve the biological activity of the core cells of cell microspheres. Cell spheroids with good biological activity properties are expected to be used to construct large-size and high-cell density bionic tissues/organoids by bioprinting technology.
