On the same day, the library will simultaneously carry out 17 themed exhibition and experience activities from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. These activities integrate reading, art, technology, and traditional culture. Interactive activities like "Give Old Books a New Look" book restoration, "You Choose, the Library Buys," "Jointly Writing a Giant Scroll," and "Book Drifting" enhance reader participation and reading sharing. Moreover, traditional cultural experience projects, including "Water-dyed Fans," "Peking Opera Facial Makeup Painting," "Bronze Drum/Embroidered Ball Handicraft Making," "Sachet Handicraft," and "Pitch-pot Experience," promote the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage through handicraft making and traditional games.
Centered around the concept of "Diversified Forms Empowering the Scholarly Campus," the event creates an immersive platform integrating "reading, experience, and social interaction." Its aim is to cultivate reading habits, enhance cultural confidence, enable teachers and students to feel the charm of reading during knowledge exploration and artistic practice, and contribute to the construction of campus culture.
