投稿指南

尊敬的作者：

欢迎您参加本次大会！为了确保您的投稿能够被顺利接收和审阅，请仔细阅读以下投稿指南，并按照要求进行准备和提交您的稿件。

1.      投稿须知

-     所有稿件必须在会议系统在线提交

-     稿件提交不收取任何费用

-     注册完成后方可进行投稿（投稿不要求完成缴费）

-     报告接收者免大会注册费（接收后系统自动减免）

-     提交人有责任确保所有共同作者同意投稿、发表以及在2025噬菌体大会会议中可能的展示

2.      投稿时间

-     摘要提交截止：2025年08月10日

-     通知接收结果：2025年08月15日

-     大会注册截止：2025年08月22日

3.      伦理声明

您必须披露作者/科学家没有违反以下任何一项道德声明：

-   Declaration of Istanbul (DOI) ethics' statement – ensuring that all human-derived materials are obtained ethically and legally, in accordance with its provisions against organ trafficking and transplant tourism.

-   Declaration of Helsinki(2024 version) – governing all human subject research, including informed consent, risk–benefit evaluation, ethics review, and oversight of vulnerable populations.

-   Belmont Report – upholding respect for persons, beneficence, and justice in human subject research.

-   Nuremberg Code – guaranteeing voluntary informed consent free from coercion or undue influence.

-   All animal experiments adhered to the 3Rs principles (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement) and were approved by an institutional animal ethics committee.

4.     投稿类型

  所有投稿者均需提交摘要，评审组将根据摘要决定接收形式。可选择以下四种投稿类型：

-     仅摘要

-     摘要 + 海报

-     摘要 + 报告（10分钟）

-     摘要 + 海报 + 报告（10分钟）

摘要格式要求

标题：标题限制为 100 个字符

摘要正文： 摘要应限制在2000个字符以内，包括空格、作者姓名、所属机构和研究组

作者单位：不同单位间用分号分隔

摘要语言：中文或英文（同一篇摘要内不得混用）

选择主题：在提交过程中，您需要为您的稿件选择投稿类型

报告投稿须知

报告投稿类型：常规大会报告（15分钟）、研究生论坛（10分钟），请在标题后备注报告类别：常规大会报告、研究生论坛

其他：仅接收现场报告申请，报告申请及接收者如因故无法参会请提前2周通知组委会。

海报格式

·请在“投稿系统-摘要附件”处下载海报底板及上传电子版海报（PPT/pdf）

·海报大小：

-仅 1 页

-60×90 厘米（纵向格式）

·标题：

-海报的标题应出现在顶部，字体大小至少为42pt

-标题下方书写作者姓名及所属机构

·文本：

文本应保持在五英尺外可以看清，使用最小字体大小为17pt
