Founded in 1934, The First Affiliated Hospitalof Guangxi Medical University is the first Grade A Class III General Hospital in Guangxi. It was granted as “National Civilized Unit”, “National Advanced Collective in Health and Family Planning System”; and it has been rated as one of the Best 100 Hospitals, People-Trusted Hospitals and Baby-Friendly Hospitals in China, and Model General Hospital of Promoting Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). It is the center for medical treatment, medical education, medical research and health care in Guangxi.

       Our hospital has 46 clinical departments, 72 inpatient wards, 19 Medico-Technical Departments as well as 2750 beds, the hospital has reported over 2,670,000 out-patient cases annually, together with over 120,000 inpatient cases and more than 52,000 surgeries.
