The MR in Psychiatry study group is thrilled to announce the initiation of a Travel Stipend Program designed to support students and young investigators who are dedicated to advancing research in Magnetic Resonance (MR) in Psychiatry. Understanding the financial challenges that can impede participation in essential conferences and workshops, our program aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, promote networking opportunities, and boost the visibility of promising research among peers and industry leaders.
• Applicants must be either students currently enrolled in a degree program or young investigators within five years of their las degree.
• Research work must be primarily focused on the application or innovation of MR techniques within the field of Psychiatry.
• Applicants must not have received this stipend from us in the past 2 years.
• Preference will be given to those who have demonstrated financial need.
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Provide a current CV detailing your academic background, research experience, publications (if any), and any awards or recognitions you have received.
2.Personal Statement: Submit a concise description (not exceeding 500 words) of why you want this stipend, how it will help your current and future research work. Emphasizing its relevance and contribution to MR in Psychiatry Study group will be given priority.
3. Reference Letter: A letter of recommendation from a full member of the ISMRM or your mentor to support your application will be an add on but not must be requirement. The letter should provide insights into your research capabilities, the significance of your work in the MR Psychiatry field, and the expected benefit of your participation in the specified conference/event.
