Registration method (Choose one of two, Online registration preferred)

Registration Fee:

^a The last day for the Early-bird Registration is 30^th September 2021.

^b One online registration account can only participate in one Online Chapter at a time.

^c Only 40 places available which are given based on the order of registration and payment. For academic and regulatory institutions, the 4^th attendee is free of charge for the workshop.

^d For each workshop, only 100 places available which are given based on the order of registration and payment.

^e There is no on-site payment option available for workshops. For all attendees, please pay for the registration by Oct 15^th, 2021.

Payment:

1. Wire transfer

Bank transfer payment option is available at the registration page. Online registration and payment is preferred as there are 3 Chapters open for registration. Please make sure your registration phone number is correct as it is your ticket for online Chapters. A phone number can only log-in for one online Chapter at a time.

For oversea attendees who cannot finish payment in Chinese RMB after registration, please send your registration information (e.g., ISQP + online) to the ISQP official email isqp2021@163.com. We will contact you to arrange further payment for you.

2. On-site payment

Payment through bank card is available on-site. The Organization Committee issues payment receipts upon attendees’ request.

Deregistration:

For those who are unable to attend the meeting after registration, please notify the organization committee by e-mail for 75% refund before 30^th September 2021. No refund will be paid after September 30, 2021 (inclusive).
