Instructions

1. Please click "Hotel Booking" to make a reservation.

2. When checking in, please first sign in at the Organizing Committee, and then check in at the Reception with your passport and get your room card.

3. In principle, we do not arrange room sharing, and you can only book one room for one person. If you need to share a room with your colleagues, please make your own arrangements.

 

Booking, Modification and Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking deadline: 18:00 on February 20, 2024, after which the booking channel of this website will be closed.

According to the agenda of the conference, the booking date of the hotel room is March 3 after 14:00 check-in - March 5 before 12:00 check-out, if you need to check in early or late check-out, please contact us.

2. Payment: After successfully submitting your online room booking request, please pay the room fee in time according to the website prompts.

3. Confirmation: After the payment is successfully made and "Payment Successful" is shown on the order form, it is regarded as a successful booking, and your room will be reserved.

4. Modification/cancellation:

If you need to modify your order or cancel it after payment, please contact us.

5. Cancellation rules:

Cancellation before 18:00 on February 11: free cancellation, full refund;

Cancellation after 18:00 on February 11 - 18:00 on February 18: 50% of cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance will be refunded;

Cancellation after 18:00 on February 18: 100% of the cancellation fee will be deducted and no refund will be made.

* If you do not check in to the hotel as scheduled and do not notify the cancellation before the specified date, the room rate you paid will not be refunded.
