Registration fee covers: Access to all scientific sessions, conference materials and lunch during the conference

Registration Guideline

2. Check-in Date: August 7, 2025    

    Location: Registration Area, 1st Floor, Empark Grand Hotel                                                                                 
3. Registration Confirmation

    Upon successful registration, the system will issue a "Registration Confirmation Letter" to verify

    your registration status. For check-in, please present your "registrant name or mobile number" 

    along with valid identification at the registration area to collect conference materials

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: No cancellations or refunds will be processed after online registration and payment are completed
