1. Topics

Submissions are invited for both basic and clinical research on pancreatic diseases, including but not limited to:

1.1 Cases of multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) for pancreatic cancer.

1.2 MDT experiences in treating advanced pancreatic cancer.

1.3 Tumor immunology: Basic and clinical research in pancreatic cancer.

1.4 Advances in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

1.5 Advances in the diagnosis and management of severe pancreatitis through MDT approaches.

1.6 Innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) applications for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases.

1.7 Multi disciplinary approaches to neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapies, as well as surgical treatments for pancreatic cancer.

1.8 Pancreatic cancer nursing about in-operation and post-operation complications,clinical practice of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery of pancreaticoduodenectomy, nutrition support.

1.9 Case report sharing about critical care pancreatic disease.

1.10 Advances in MDT approaches for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.

1.11 Scientific and technological innovations, scientific research management, applications of scientific and technological advances.

1.12 Promoting and applying innovative technologies and methodologies for novel drugs, biotechnologies, and medical devices. Solicitation or release of multi-center randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and investigator initiated trials (IITs).

2. Submission Requirements

2.1  Submissions must not have been previously published or presented at similar conferences.

2.2  English abstracts should be submitted in accordance with website instructions. Each abstract is limited to 450 words and must include objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Figures, tables, or references are not permitted.

2.3  Submissions should be scientifically rigorous, concise, data-supported, and well-written.

3. Evaluation process

3.1  All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the organizing committee. Exceptional manuscripts will be selected for oral or poster presentations.

3.2  Authors selected for oral presentations will receive travel grants sponsored by CAP.

3.3  Please confirm at the time of submission whether you agree to publish the manuscript in the Journal of Pancreatology. Authors must confirm their consent to publish upon submission. Once published, manuscripts cannot be revised or withdrawn.

4. Submission Method

All submission must be made online via the official conference website (https://cap2025.sciconf.cn/). Follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the website.

5. Submission Deadline

The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw a submission, authors must send a written request to the organizing committee (cap@cap.org.cn) by April 23, 2025. The request must include the manuscript ID, abstract title, and reason for withdrawal.

Note: Only English abstracts are eligible for publication in the Journal of Pancreatology. English abstract submission is strongly encouraged.
