1. All rates are displayed in Chinese Yuan (CNY), tax included.

2. Student need to provide valid proof or certificate of their identity.

3. Tickets to the Pre-course are not included in the conference registration fee and are only available for registered conference attendees. Attendance is by pre-purchased tickets during registration process and tickets are not available onsite.

1. If there are special circumstances that require cancellation of participation and application for a refund, please log in to the personal registration management of the personal center before 23:59 Chinese Standard Time(UTC+8) on September 3, 2024 to apply for a refund, and notify the organizer by email to asamiillrs@126.com , stating the registration number, name of the registrant, mobile phone number or email address of the registrant, and the reason why the application for a refund. The organizer will reply via email to confirm the cancellation of participation and refund matters.

2. After 11:59 pm on September 3, 2024, China Standard Time (UTC+8), the organizer will no longer accept refund applications and the registration fee already paid will not be refunded.

3. Representatives who have registered for payment and have not applied for cancellation of participation before the specified time and no show will not be refunded.

4. All refunds will be refunded within 60 days after the end of the meeting.

5. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
