Abstract Here we described a typical Pyoderma Gangrenosum (PG) in a child with typical manifestations and pathergy phenomena. Multiple deep ulcers are present on the face, chest, buttocks, arms and legs with purple undermined borders. In addition, the same ulcer was also formed in the dorsum of the foot and antecubital fossa after serological examination, known as pathergy. Most young doctors lack of experience about clinical manifestations of PG overlap with other conditions and absence of defining histopathologic or laboratory findings which leads to the misdiagnosis. In this picture, we described a typical PG in child with typical manifestations and pathergy phenomenon. We wish to remind physicians that PG should be considered in children with multiple painful ulcers and pathergy phenomenon occurred through this case.
